The questions clients actually ask before we start
We trade a few emails, then a 30-minute call if it looks like a fit. Within a week you get a written scope - milestones, a fixed price, and a start date. From there you watch progress on a staging URL every week, and launch day includes a recorded walkthrough so your team owns the result, not me.
Fixed-scope projects start around EUR 3,000; most land between EUR 8,000 and EUR 25,000. Open-ended work runs on a weekly rate. Either way you get a number before anything starts, and it doesn't move unless the scope does.
Day to day it's SvelteKit, React, TypeScript, Node.js and PostgreSQL, with Kubernetes and Terraform on the infrastructure side. I'll happily extend a Python or Go service you already run. I don't take WordPress, Shopify theme work, or rescues of code nobody has touched since 2015 - you deserve a specialist, not a compromise.
Yes - your standard mutual NDA or mine, whichever is faster. I'm equally comfortable working inside your private repos and Slack, and references from past clients are available on request.
Every project ships with 30 days of bug-fix cover, handover docs, and a recorded walkthrough. After that you can run it yourself, or keep me on a small monthly retainer for monitoring, updates, and the occasional 2 a.m. page - so you don't get it.
Most of my clients aren't in my timezone. I keep a four-hour overlap with your team and default to async: written updates, recorded walkthroughs, decisions in one place. I've never missed a deadline because of distance.
